Anita Santos Rubín is a world-renowned dancer, choreographer and six-time Salsa World Champion alongside her partner Adrián Rodríguez as the iconic duo “Adrián y Anita.”
Born in Ponta Grossa, Paraná, Brazil, Anita began her dance journey at a young age, training in classical ballet, contemporary, and jazz. Her exceptional talent earned her international recognition, including a scholarship to the prestigious Laban Center in London.
In 2000, Anita relocated to Spain, joining the National Ballet of Zaragoza, where she performed solo roles and worked with notable artists like Rocío Jurado and Francisco Céspedes. Since then, she and Adrián have dominated the global salsa scene, headlining major events in over 50 countries, including the United States, South Korea, Germany and Mexico.
With over 15 years of experience teaching, performing and inspiring dancers worldwide, Anita’s dedication to her craft continues to shine. Her journey reflects not only her remarkable skill but also her passion for sharing the transformative power of dance with audiences and students across the globe.
