Tatiana Bonaguro is one of the top salsa dancers in the world and is a world-class salsa dancer, choreographer and instructor. She is the co-director of the renowned Tropical Gem Company in Milan, Italy and is a multiple-time champion at competitions such as the Las Vegas Ultimate Dance Championship.
Born in Milan, Tatiana discovered her passion for salsa in 2001, training under Fernando Sosa and Alyra Lennox. Her rapid progress and dedication led her to join Tropical Gem in 2002, debuting in 2003 with the iconic choreography Astrosalsa. Since then, Tatiana has performed at major salsa congresses worldwide, taught at prestigious events, and appeared on popular TV programs like America’s Got Talent, Italia’s Got Talent, and Le Iene.
Tatiana has also made her mark in film, featuring in The Latin Dream (2017) and Sballo Per Te (2021). As a principal instructor at the Sosa Academy Dance School, she teaches advanced techniques, including Body Work Experience, Lady Styling, and Sosa Style ON1 and ON2. Her dedication to the art of salsa continues to inspire dancers globally, solidifying her reputation as one of the leading figures in the dance world.
