Salsa at Sunset is a lively summer dance series held on the last Friday of each month, blending live salsa music, dance, and community in a beautiful outdoor setting.
Hosted by Upstate International and Pura Alegría, each event begins with a free salsa lesson, welcoming dancers of all levels—no partner or experience needed. As the sun sets, the night comes alive with live music and social dancing, set against the scenic backdrop of the Simpsonville amphitheater or other local venues.
This free, family-friendly event features a cash bar, plenty of space to dance, and an atmosphere full of joy and cultural celebration. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or new to Latin music, it’s a perfect way to spend a summer evening under the stars.
