Orders and shipping<\/h2>\n
\nWhen will my order ship?<\/summary>\n

Products are made to order. Production normally takes 3 to 5 business days before an order ships.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nHow long does standard shipping take?<\/summary>\n

After production, standard shipping normally takes 5 to 7 business days to the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Europe. Delivery to other countries normally takes 5 to 20 business days, depending on the destination and customs.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nHow do I track my order?<\/summary>\n

Use the tracking information in your shipping confirmation when it is available. If you did not receive a confirmation or need help locating an order, contact us<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nCan I change or cancel an order?<\/summary>\n

Contact us as soon as possible. Because products are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible after fulfillment begins.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nDo you ship internationally?<\/summary>\n

Available shipping destinations, methods, and costs are shown at checkout. International delivery estimates can be affected by customs.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

Returns, refunds, and payments<\/h2>\n
\nWhat is the return window?<\/summary>\n

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Review the Refund and Returns Policy<\/a> for the current terms.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nHow do I start a return?<\/summary>\n

Select the Return Item(s) link in your order confirmation email. If that link is unavailable, contact us<\/a> with your order number.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nWho pays return shipping?<\/summary>\n

Salsa Vida pays return shipping when we sent an incorrect or defective item. See the Refund and Returns Policy<\/a> for other returns.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nWhen will I receive my refund?<\/summary>\n

Once approved, refunds are generally received within one week. Payment providers may need 2 to 3 business days to process the credit.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nIs an account required to order?<\/summary>\n

No. You can check out as a guest when guest checkout is available.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nHow is my payment information handled?<\/summary>\n

Payments are processed by supported payment providers. Salsa Vida does not store full payment card numbers. Shipping and any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n
