Yuniel Diéguez Vázquez, also known as Yuni, is a Cuban dance instructor and the founder of Tanssikoulu Kuubamo. With more than 20 years of experience, Yuniel is known for bringing the energy and rhythm of Cuban dance to his classes in a way that is both clear and engaging.
Yuniel trained at Cuba’s well-known Casa de la Cultura and worked in Havana as a dancer, DJ, and club host, immersing himself in the heart of Cuban music and dance culture. He has worked with respected artists such as Juan Gomez and was also an instructor with the internationally known Proyecto Rueda de Casino.
Known for his energetic and approachable teaching style, Yuniel works with both beginners and experienced dancers. A winner of multiple salsa competitions, he has taught for a number of international dance groups and continues to build community through his teaching and performances.
