Each Sunday, the vibrant downstairs area opens at 6:00 PM with a free beginner salsa class, perfect for those taking their first steps or looking to refresh their basics in a supportive group setting. Friendly instructors guide attendees through foundational footwork, timing, and partner connection—no prior experience or partner required.

Following the class, the energy continues with social salsa dancing from around 6:30 PM, where dancers can practice new moves and enjoy a lively, inclusive atmosphere. The Sound Garden’s lush indoor garden and well-appointed bar add to the charm, offering delicious cocktails and a warm venue ambiance reminiscent of Latin nightlife.
