TuneTempo is a free online slow-down and loop tool built for dancers and instructors. Adjust a song’s speed without changing pitch, practice tricky eight-counts on repeat, or export a slower track for students—no ads, no installs.

How to use TuneTempo in 30 seconds

  1. Click Select Audio and choose your audio file (max 20 MB).
  2. Slide the tempo down to slow down fast salsa tracks, or up for speed drills.
  3. Set A–B markers to loop the exact section you’re learning.
  4. Optional: hit Export Song to save an MP3 and share with classmates.

Everything processes locally in your browser; nothing is stored on our servers and files auto-delete when you refresh.

Does it work on iPhone or Android?

Yes—open this page in Safari or Chrome, upload a track, and practice with headphones.

Is a dedicated mobile app coming?

Yes! We’re wrapping TuneTempo as a free iOS/Android app. While it’s in development you can use the mobile browser version with full functionality.

What audio formats are supported?

MP3, WAV (PCM), Ogg Vorbis, AAC (.m4a / .mp4), WebM/Opus, and FLAC (in Chrome 56+). Max file size 20 MB.
