Public Submissions And Listings
If you submit an event, instructor, team, DJ, band, photo, organizer detail, website, ticket link, social profile, email address, or phone number, we may review, edit, translate, format, and publish that information as part of a public Salsa Vida listing. Public listing information may be visible to visitors, search engines, translation tools, social platforms, and other third parties that index or display web pages.

Newsletter
If you subscribe to the Salsa Vida newsletter, we collect your email address and may send related information such as your language preference, source page, referral URL, and UTM campaign values to our email service provider, Beehiiv. We use this information to manage subscriptions, send email updates, measure newsletter performance, and respect unsubscribe choices. You can unsubscribe using the link included in newsletter emails.
AI-Assisted Event Tools
Salsa Vida may offer AI-assisted tools that help pre-fill, rewrite, translate, or normalize event submissions. If you use these tools, the event URL, flyer image, submitted text, extracted page excerpts, and related event fields may be processed by OpenAI or similar service providers. AI output is used as a drafting aid only, and submissions may still be reviewed by Salsa Vida before publication.
Cookies, Analytics, And Advertising
We use Google Site Kit, Google tags, Google Analytics-related measurement, server logs, and similar tools to understand how visitors use Salsa Vida. MCP service analytics
Our public MCP service records tool names, selected locations, dance styles, event types, languages, planning windows, result counts, response times, errors and self-reported client names. We do not retain full requests, responses, conversations or raw IP addresses in product analytics. Network addresses may be processed temporarily for abuse prevention. Cloudflare provides the hosting and analytics infrastructure. Detailed tool analytics are retained for up to three months; daily aggregates are retained for 25 months. Client names are not verified identities. Tagged visit links help measure visits from integrations separately from tool calls.
