La Noche Cubana and AContra present a Latin salsa social in Melbourne, hosted at Sokol Melbourne. The evening includes an open-level Rueda (salsa cubana) class at 8:00 PM with Maxine, followed by social dancing from 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM with DJ Truongy playing timba, salsa, and bachata. Performance surprises are scheduled for 10:30 PM.
Pre-sale tickets are $20, available until Friday, Aug 29 at 1 PM. Online or door tickets are $25, with a surcharge applicable. This is a 21+ event with free parking nearby.
