Latin Nights by the Bay transforms Sydney’s Palm Grove into a lively, open-air Latin dance floor every Friday night. Set against the stunning backdrop of Darling Harbour, this weekly celebration is free and open to all—whether you’re an experienced dancer or simply curious to try something new.
The evening kicks off at 6:00 PM with check-in and music to set the vibe, followed by a free dance lesson at 6:15 PM led by some of Sydney’s top Latin dance schools. From 7:00 PM, the social dancing begins, featuring a dynamic mix of salsa, bachata, mambo, and more—curated by the city’s best Latin DJs.
At 7:30 PM, audiences are treated to exciting live dance performances, while live bands and musicians regularly energize the night with authentic Latin rhythms.
Every Friday brings something fresh—new dance schools, performers, and a vibrant crowd. Whether you’re coming solo, with friends, or just to watch, Latin Nights by the Bay offers a welcoming and electric atmosphere to dance under the stars and experience the rhythm of Latin culture.
