Bailando Antwerp organizes monthly Sunday Salsa Matinees at BLOC 2030 in Luchtbal. These afternoon socials combine a friendly introduction with hours of free dancing.
Each event begins at 3:00 PM with a salsa initiation, making it perfect for newcomers. From 4:00 PM onwards, the floor opens for salsa dancing ‘à volonté’ with music provided by DJ Pepe.
The upcoming dates are Sunday, September 21, October 26, and November 23, 2025. The Matinees take place in the Tuinzaal of BLOC 2030 at Perustraat 1, Antwerp.
Entry is €7, with free parking available on Sundays and easy access by tram and bus. The venue is located near Luchtbal kerk, served by tram lines 1 and 6 and buses 770–776.
Organized by Bailando, these socials are known for their authentic Cuban salsa atmosphere, welcoming dancers of all levels to enjoy an afternoon of rhythm and connection in Antwerp.
