Afro-Latino Festival at Thor Park

The Afro-Latino Festival is an annual Latin music and culture celebration held every July in Genk, Belgium. The festival brings together world-class artists spanning salsa, bachata, reggaeton, kizomba, merengue, and global fusion, making it a unique gathering for Latin music lovers. Past editions have featured stars such as Shaggy, Aloe Blacc, Sheila E, Grupo Extra, La Dame Blanche, and Manu Chao.

Alongside concerts, the event highlights salsa and Latin dance, workshops, food stalls, and cultural experiences that create a vibrant community atmosphere. It is recognized as one of Europe’s leading tropical and Latin festivals since its founding in 1999.

The venue, Thor Park, offers an open-air summer setting perfect for dancing under the stars. Festival-goers can also enjoy camping and additional side activities.
