About this event
CALDACON (formerly Denver Salsa Bachata Congress) is Colorado’s premier Afro‑Latin dance convention, held annually over five days in Aurora.
The 2025 edition brings together dancers, musicians, and instructors from across the country with over 115 workshops, three live bands, 90+ performances, and certification tracks taught by internationally recognized trainers. Alongside Salsa and Bachata, expect Zouk, Kizomba, Cha‑Cha, and Afro‑Latin music and dance genres.
Social dancing and themed night parties run late into the evening with DJs and live music, offering countless opportunities to connect, perform, and celebrate. The event also emphasizes youth engagement with dedicated performance stages and training programs.
Hosted by the Colorado Afro Latin Dance & Arts Collective (CALDAC), this non‑profit event showcases cultural arts, community, and dance education in the Hyatt Regency Aurora‑Denver Conference Center.
