The evening begins with dinner service starting at 7:00 PM and continues until 11:00 PM, featuring a selection of flavorful Latin dishes and refreshing cocktails. A free salsa class is held downstairs from 9:00-PM to 10:00 PM, followed by a salsa social dance from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM. At 11:00 PM, the venue transforms into a nightclub atmosphere with perreo-style dancing and bottle service specials (e.g., $150 minimum) until 3:00 AM.
