Sarasota Salsa & Bachata Festival returns for its 5th edition over Labor Day weekend 2025 at the brand-new Palmetto Marriott Resort & Spa on Florida’s Gulf Coast.
The four-day congress kicks off on Thursday night and runs through Sunday evening, offering more than 40 workshops in salsa on1/on2, bachata, cha-cha-chá and ladies’ styling taught by an international roster of instructors.
Each night features spectacular pro-am and team showcases, followed by social dancing that stretches until 4:00 AM with some of the scene’s top DJs keeping floors packed.
Daytime highlights include pool parties overlooking the Manatee River, intensive masterclasses, dance challenges and a lively vendor fair.
The resort’s 252-room property boasts multiple restaurants, a rooftop bar and no resort or parking fees, making it an easy all-in-one venue for travelers.
Full-event and day passes are available online, with prices increasing on the first of each month; door prices will be higher.
Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred for a $25 fee until September 1, 2025.
Whether you’re a seasoned salsero or a brand-new bachatero, the festival promises non-stop music, dance and Florida sunshine.
