The SaBaCha Dance Social is a monthly Latin dance party held at Hendershot’s Coffee in Athens, Georgia.
Taking place every second Thursday of the month, this social kicks off with a beginner-friendly salsa lesson at 7:30 PM. It’s a great way to learn some new moves or brush up on the basics before the dancing begins.
From 8:30 PM to 11:00 PM, the floor opens up to all as L.A. Darius brings the beats with a vibrant mix of salsa and bachata. Hendershot’s, known for its eclectic coffeehouse vibe and live music setup, offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere for both seasoned dancers and newcomers alike.
The event is open to ages 18 and up, with a full bar available for those 21+. Entry is just $10. Come connect with Athens’ growing Latin dance community and experience the joy of social dancing each month!
