Each 1.5-hour session introduces the fundamentals of rhythm, leading and following, body movement, and beginner-level figures — all designed to build confidence for your first social dance experiences.
The focus is on clear communication with your partner and musicality, rather than memorizing lots of figures.
No partner is required to join. The course fosters a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to help new dancers feel at ease.
