Scuola di Ballo Sampaoli, founded in 1948, is one of the most established and recognized dance schools in Turin. It offers a wide range of Salsa and Bachata programs, including group and individual lessons for all ages and levels, from complete beginners to advanced dancers.
Course levels are structured as follows: Salsa: Beginners I‑II‑III, Intermediate I‑II‑III, Pre‑Advanced, Advanced I to X; Bachata Sensual: Levels 1 to 3, each with 3 sub‑levels.
Salsa courses are held quarterly, while Bachata Sensual courses run bimonthly. Each class typically meets once per week for 60–90 minutes. Students can also take specialty classes in Rueda, Cha Cha Cha, and gender‑specific styling (Female Gestures, Male Style, Pasitos).
A free trial lesson is available, and students are encouraged to attend Latin dance nights hosted by the school and at local clubs. No partner is needed to sign up, and gender balance is ensured for group sessions.
Directed by Sergio Sampaoli, a national and international champion, the school emphasizes a distinctive and adaptable dance style.
