In November 2025, the event takes place on Saturday 8 November, typically starting after an 8:00 PM beginner-friendly class, and on Saturday 22 November from 9:00 PM to 2:00 AM. DJ Gary T provides a vibrant mix of salsa and bachata tracks for a lively weekend crowd in Sri Hartamas.

Dancers can enjoy plenty of space to dance, easy parking, and access to Sotano’s regular drinks and food menu. Any cover charge or drink promotions are announced on Sotano’s social pages. Reservations are usually encouraged via the Sotano Bar team.
