Every Friday night, Conga Latin Bistro comes alive with Tropical Fridays—a vibrant weekly Latin dance party featuring DJ Esteban. From 9:00 PM onward, guests can dance to a fiery blend of Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, Cumbia, and more in an energetic, club-style atmosphere.
The event welcomes dancers and partygoers ages 18 and up, offering a fun and inclusive way to kick off the weekend. With no cover charge, it’s one of the most accessible Latin nights in the Twin Cities. The venue provides free parking and a full bar stocked with cocktails and snacks available for purchase.
