Salsa Classes at Yaples Ballroom Dance Studio

Join Yaple’s Ballroom in Carson City every Wednesday night for Salsa On1 group dance classes. These classes are open to all levels and provide a fun, progressive way to build your salsa skills in a welcoming, social atmosphere.

The evening starts with a 6:00 PM class that rotates monthly between different dance styles—June’s focus is Charleston—followed by 15 minutes of open practice time at 7:00 PM. At 7:15 PM, the featured Salsa On1 class begins, starting with a warm-up and followed by new moves each week. The emphasis is on technique, timing, and enjoying the music, whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to polish your fundamentals.

Classes are $15 drop-in or $20 for both Wednesday sessions. Monthly class packages are also available. No partner required—just come ready to dance!
