Every Wednesday evening from June to October, dancers of all levels are invited to the free Salsa Social at Garibaldi Plaza in Washington Square Park.
The series begins with a complimentary beginner class from 6:00 PM–6:30 PM, led by instructors from Mi Salsa Dura Baile, followed by open social dancing until 9:00 PM. The event welcomes all ages and skill levels, offering a friendly, outdoor community atmosphere in one of Manhattan’s most iconic public spaces.
No cover charge or registration is required, but participants are advised to check Instagram for weather-related updates. Join weekly to meet fellow dancers and enjoy Latin rhythms under the evening sky.
