Salsa Footwork, Musicality & Body Movement is a 6-week intensive course running from March 20 to April 24, 2026, created for dancers who already have the basics and want more flavor, control, and depth in their movement.

Each session focuses on solo training, building body movement fundamentals that can be applied across salsa styles while keeping the work grounded and practical. Along the way, participants will dive into fun, challenging footwork sequences (shines/pasitos) designed to bring more texture to the basic step. Musicality is a core theme: the course looks closely at salsa song structure and the role of different instruments, helping dancers translate what they hear into clear, intentional movement.

Classes take place at Bergen Internasjonale Kultursenter in Bergen, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The course is priced at 590KR, with a 390KR student rate. It is organized by Alberto Tontoni and is a strong fit for dancers ready to move beyond counting and start expressing the music with agility and confidence.
