About this event
Salsa Stavanger offers 3–4 rounds of salsa courses each year, including weekly Tuesday classes and occasional weekend intensives. Held at IOGT-huset in Sandnes, these courses span beginner through advanced levels and focus on Cuban salsa partnerwork, musicality, and social dance skills.
Typical weekly sessions run in four-week blocks on Tuesdays, with each class lasting two hours. Courses like Salsa 1, Salsa 2, Salsa 3, and Intermediate–Advanced are available regularly. Weekend courses (usually Fri–Sun) are also offered 1–2 times a year.
The teaching team includes experienced local instructors such as Marit, Udesh, and others. Classes take place on parquet flooring—please bring indoor shoes.
Online registration is mandatory. Course fee: 890 NOK (prepaid), with a 100 NOK surcharge for late sign-ups.
