The Stage Dance Festival – Local Héros Edition returns to Stavanger for three days of high-energy dance workshops, performances, and social parties. Held at The Stage (Stage Dance Academy) from Friday, October 3 to Sunday, October 5, 2025, the festival features top national and international instructors across salsa, bachata, kizomba, and more.
Attendees can participate in a mix of workshops, show performances, and three nights of social dancing. A highlight includes a guided trip to the iconic Preikestolen (Pulpit Rock) on Friday. The event takes place under one roof at one of Norway’s leading dance venues.
