Beginner Level Bachata Lesson every Monday in Oakland, CA. First class is FREE for new community members + $20 off any package/membership you sign up for that day!
– Bachata Lesson taught by Pamé CO starting at 7:15pm to 8:15pm.
– FREE Social dancing from 9:30pm-10pm to practice all your new skills!
In Lak’ech Dance creates a safe space for LGBTQ2S+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bi, Trans, Queer, Two Spirited, +) people to claim their identity with pride while reaching personal goals through dance.
“In Lak’ech” in Mayan means “you are my other me.” At In Lak’ech Dance we aim to foster an inclusive, authentic and dance environments for all gender expressions to increase LGBTQ2S+ visibility in hetero-normative Latin Dance environments by training strong LGBTQ2S+ dancers. Visibility increases awareness and open-mindedness, which positively impacts LGBTQ2S+ communities and society at large.
