Paradiso Academy hosts the SBK Dance Social Night every Thursday at Sweeties/Long Street Backpackers in Cape Town. The evening begins with a beginner dance class at 6:30 PM led by Regan Christopher, followed by a lively social from 8:00 PM onward.
The class includes a mix of salsa, bachata, and kizomba, suitable for newcomers or anyone looking to refine their basics in a welcoming atmosphere. Entry to the social is free, and the beginner class costs R150 per person. The event features great music, vibrant energy, and a friendly dance community in one of Cape Town’s iconic nightlife spots.
