About this event
Sensagria Dance offers progressive salsa classes in a welcoming, friendly environment across Cape Town. Classes are available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with levels ranging from beginner to advanced (invite only for Level 3).
Each session covers Salsa fundamentals (Level 1), technique and turn patterns (Level 2), and advanced styling and play (Level 3). Classes follow a structured curriculum that runs in 4-week cycles, with full progression over 4+ months.
The schedule is as follows:
Monday – Greenpoint
Wednesday – Century City
Thursday – Tygervalley
All classes run from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
Participants can join Level 1 or 2 at any time, with teachers available to assist in catching up. Level 3 participation is by invitation only. No partner is required.
