AloCubano’s Cuban Salsa Casino Partnerwork class offers structured partner-based training under instructor Julio. Held weekly, the class focuses on clean combinations, technique, and musicality appropriate for levels N2–N3 (intermediate). Thursdays at Danzarin provide a welcoming atmosphere in central Stockholm, ideal for dancers improving their partnerwork skills.
Each week, the class focuses on essential components that define great Casino dancing: clean and fluid partner combinations, technical precision, responsive leading and following, and musicality. Through thoughtfully designed sequences, students learn how to connect not just physically, but musically—tuning in to the rhythms of Cuban timba, son, and salsa, and developing that vital sense of timing and flow that brings partnerwork to life.
Julio’s teaching style blends detailed breakdowns of movement with a natural, interactive flow that mirrors real social dancing. It’s about learning how to communicate with a partner through subtle cues, body language, and rhythm, making it a valuable choice for dancers who want to feel more confident and expressive on the dance floor.
