Funky Mambo brings its monthly Friday Salsa night to Leaf & Cane for London Mambo Legacy Night #1, featuring DJ Johnny G, on Friday, March 13, 2026.

The night starts with registration at 7:00pm, followed by a free 30-minute intro Salsa class at 7:15pm that welcomes absolute beginners. At 8:00pm, the Funky Mambo team leads partnerwork classes designed for all levels, before the evening opens into social dancing from 9:00pm until midnight.

This edition is a special “From the Crates to the Floor” mambo session that honours DJ Johnny G and his influence on London’s salsa sound. Expect a music-forward vibe for dancers who love to listen as much as they love to move.

Leaf & Cane sits inside the Hyatt Regency and is just a short walk from Blackfriars Station, making it an easy City spot for a Friday night dance. Pricing is listed from free to £15.
