Overview
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error, such as an incorrect or defective item.
To return an item, click the Return Item(s) link in the delivery confirmation email. If the link is unavailable, email contact@salsavida.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
We will notify you by email after we receive and process the returned item. In most cases, it takes 2-3 business days to process the refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original card or payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear.
