You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply click the Return Item(s) link in the confirmation email your receive when the order is delivered. You should expect your refund within a week of requesting.
We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
In most cases it will take 2-3 business days to process the refund. The refunds will be returned on the original card or payment method used to make the purchase.
