Products and availability
Most products are made to order. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings and manufacturing differences. Products and availability may change without notice.
Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and the order total are shown before you submit payment. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and you receive an order confirmation.
Orders
Please provide complete and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. We may cancel or decline an order if payment cannot be authorized, an item is unavailable, the order appears fraudulent, or the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for that order.
Production and shipping
Because products are made to order, production time is separate from shipping time. Current production estimates, delivery estimates, and information about possible carrier or customs delays are available in our Shipping FAQ. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Returns and refunds
Eligibility, return instructions, refund timing, and contact details are explained in our Refunds and Returns Policy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact contact@salsavida.com as soon as possible. Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation will be possible.
Website use and intellectual property
Store content, product designs, images, text, logos, and other materials are owned by Salsa Vida or used with permission. You may use the website for personal shopping and information. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or exploit store content without permission.
Liability and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Salsa Vida is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the store or delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.
