About this event
Mi Habana Baila Festival returns for its fifth edition from April 9-11, 2027, bringing three days of Cuban and international dance workshops, performances, entertainment, and social dancing to Grand Hotel Bernardin in Portorož, Slovenia.
The festival combines dance instruction with salsa and bachata social dancing, along with shows and entertainment featuring guest artists throughout the weekend.
The international artist lineup includes Rigo Iglesias & Adis Flores, Chiquito Dominican Power, Edwar Ramos, Kiki Aguero, Alberto Valladares, Niurka Aguero, Jackson Cabezas & La Rubia, and Silvia Bressan.
Additional workshop instructors include Juan & Ceci, Mar La Criolla, and Gianluigi Papa. DJs Dr Timba and Afrokan provide the music for social dancing throughout the festival.
Full Passes for Friday through Sunday cost €180, while Saturday-to-Sunday passes are €129. Saturday-only admission costs €99.
Accommodation packages are available at nearby Hotel Vile Park, separate from the main festival venue. Single-room packages cost €309 for two nights or €229 for one night.
The festival takes place at Grand Hotel Bernardin, located on the seafront between Portorož and Piran. The hotel offers outdoor parking, a paid parking garage, and accessible guest rooms.
