Salsa Con Rumba Dance Co. in Richland, WA, offers a progressive, community-based salsa training program designed to support beginner and intermediate dancers alike.

Every five months, a new beginner cohort launches, starting with Salsa On1 fundamentals. Dancers train weekly in levels 1.0 through 3.0, building strong technique, timing, and movement skills. Intermediate students go deeper with additional genres like son, cha-cha-cha, pachanga, and rueda de casino.

No drop-ins are allowed mid-cohort without prior experience—ensuring a focused and supportive learning environment. Students needing more support may retake lower levels at no cost to build confidence.
