About this event
Tumbao Thursdays is a monthly high-energy Latin dance social held at the TaToSalsa Dance Studio in Tampa. This event is perfect for dancers who want a pre-weekend fix of Salsa, Mambo, and Bachata.
Every 2nd Thursday of the month features a dance class with rotating guest instructors—like Dennis Alvarado—followed by hours of social dancing. Music is provided by DJ Mambo Tribe and others from the local Latin dance scene.
Doors open at 9:00 PM and the event runs until 1:00 AM. General admission is $15, while current TaToSalsa students pay only $10 (with valid student ID). The venue offers free parking and is open to ages 18+ (21+ for men).
