Salsa NORTH hosts a welcoming salsa evening every other Thursday at VAMOS in Akureyri. The night begins with a free introductory salsa lesson from 8:00 PM to 8:30 PM, designed for complete beginners or those curious about trying salsa for the first time.
Following the class, the floor opens up for a relaxed and fun salsa social. Everyone is welcome, and there’s no need to bring a partner. The atmosphere is casual and inclusive, ideal for those new to dancing or looking to connect with others in the local Latin dance community.
The event takes place on the second floor of VAMOS, located in the Ráðhústorg in Akureyri. Enjoy good music, friendly faces, and a chance to move your feet.
