Bailan2 Puro Cubano Festival 2027 – 6th Edition

Bailan2 Puro Cubano Festival returns for its sixth edition from February 26–28, 2027, at Union Scene in Drammen, Norway. Registration opens at 2:00 PM on Friday, and the final Sunday program ends at 9:00 PM.

The three-day workshop program runs from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM on Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM on Saturday, and 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM on Sunday. Sessions cover Cuban salsa, son, rumba, folklore, and related Cuban styles, with live music during classes.

The teaching lineup features Andy and Yuliet, Machito, Diana Rodriguez, Rodney Barreto, Yusimi Moya, Luis Duarte, Mijail Galano, Ariel Monterecy, Gaston Joya, Sofia de Endaya, Olofi, Azarian, Tenna and Erodys, Rey Ceballo, and Javier. DJ Mulato is also part of the music program.

The Saturday gala party includes a concert and shows. On Sunday, the concert and goodbye matinee run from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A Full Pass currently costs €160 and includes workshops, conference programming, parties, shows, and the Sunday concert. The €150 Early Bird pass is sold out.

Parking immediately outside Union Scene is limited. The Blichs Gate municipal garage and other nearby parking are about a ten-minute walk away, and accessible parking is available in Fabrikkgata.

Drammen station is approximately ten minutes away on foot, while the bus station is about five minutes away. Union Brygge Hotel is around a twelve-minute walk from the railway station. The organizer recommends traveling to Drammen by rail from Oslo Airport or Torp Airport.
