OYE Latino – Latin Fridays is a weekly Friday evening of salsa and bachata classes, social dancing, and a late-night Latin party at The Albion Rooftop & Club in South Melbourne.

OYE Latino Melbourne hosts the night, with Obsesión Latina leading the pre-party classes and social. Doors open at 6:45 PM, followed by two levels of salsa at 7 PM and two levels of bachata at 8 PM. First-timers are welcome, no partner is required, and salsa and bachata social dancing begins at 9 PM.

The OYE Latino club party starts at 10 or 11 PM and continues until late with reggaeton and Latin hits. Occasional performances may be scheduled. The full bar offers Friday drink specials before the late-night session.

Entry is free all night. Class tickets are optional but help manage the lead/follow balance.

Street parking is available nearby. The South Melbourne Station stop on Route 96 is about a four-minute walk away. The York St/Clarendon St stop on Route 12 is about a five-minute walk away. Use the York Street entrance; stairs and a lift provide access inside the building.

The event is 18+ with a neat-casual dress code: no singlets, thongs, hoodies, or beanies.
