Every Tuesday night, Palma Central in Tulum becomes the go-to destination for salsa lovers, drawing locals and travelers alike to its vibrant open-air setting. Set in a lively food-truck park, this weekly event combines live music, dancing, and signature Tulum vibes for a one-of-a-kind experience.

The evening kicks off at 7:00 PM with a beginner-friendly salsa lesson, followed by a mix of DJ sets and live music from local bands like Cocoson. The large dance floor fills with dancers of all levels, with the music a mix of salsa, bachata and cumbia. There are occasional dance performances for local dance groups.

Entry is $80 MXN and includes a drink ticket, making it an affordable and fun night out. During high season, expect a queue at the entrance. Very limited parking in the front, but there is street parking along the back.
