Weekly Salsa and Bachata Classes at Bailasi is a September-to-June salsa and bachata class program with 30-hour annual course blocks in the Rennes area. Classes rotate across Salle des Marelles in Chantepie and Salle l’Hexagone in the Rue de Nantes/Brequigny area.

The teaching roster includes Onassaka, Sylvie, Jeff, Elise, Sofiane, Sarah, Loic, Julie, and Marie.

• Class options include New York-style salsa and mambo, Cuban salsa, bachata, shines, cha-cha, boogaloo, Afro-oriented shines, and transition work for dancers moving from Cuban salsa or on1 salsa into New York-style salsa.
• Workshop options include bodymove bachata, styling, and choreography.

Annual course prices are 180 to 200 euros depending on course type, with reductions for additional courses. For venue logistics, Salle des Marelles has nearby parking, Bus C1 and 34 serve Salle des Marelles, and Elan Batisseur has a large parking lot.
