The SalsaNor Rueda Congress is an international festival dedicated to Rueda de Casino, taking place in Tromsø, Norway, from September 3rd to 6th, 2026. The event includes a program of workshops, socials, and cultural exchange.
Participants with a full pass gain access to over 80 Rueda workshops led by world-class instructors, entry to four themed parties, a Friday daytime social, and meals including a lunch buffet on Saturday and Sunday, as well as a three-course Gala Dinner on Saturday night.
This annual event attracts over 600 dancers globally and is organized by SalsaNor, a Norwegian non-profit promoting Cuban dance and music. Pre-Congress workshops are available for an additional €75.
The main venue is the Scandic Ishavshotel in Tromsø. The price for the event is €320, with a discounted rate of €310 for SalsaNor members.
