Extremos Salsa and Bachata Classes at De Kroon

Extremos teaches salsa and bachata at De Kroon in Amsterdam from Monday through Thursday. Classes run from 18:00 to 22:10 on Mondays and from 19:00 to 22:10 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Classes cover all seven levels: Beginners 1 and 2, Improvers 1 and 2, Intermediate 1 and 2, and Advanced, alongside technique classes. Salsa is cross-body On1, also known as LA style. Extremos has taught in Amsterdam since 2000 and offers 55 classes per week across four venues, with regular classes on weekday evenings only.

Beginners and Improvers courses last six weeks and cost €119. Intermediate and Advanced classes use a drop-in format with memberships or punch cards. Memberships start at €55 per month with a 12-month commitment; a try-out class costs €5.

You can join without a partner, and partners rotate during class. Beginners 1 requires no previous dance experience. Reserve each class through Bueno and check the current timetable for your level, room and any temporary changes. Enter for classes through Heck’s Café at Rembrandtplein 15.
