Salsa Abrazar, led by Danny and Wendy, offers weekly salsa classes at Sporthal St-Gillis in Dendermonde.
The program includes a free trial lesson for beginners on September 11, 2025, with the regular 10-week beginners’ course starting the following Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 7:30 PM. Improver/intermediate classes follow at 8:30 PM. On Tuesdays, classes include improvers at 8:30 PM and an On2 New York Style salsa (Mambo) class at 9:30 PM. A new beginner cycle on Tuesdays will resume from September 2026.
All classes are taught in a friendly, structured way, with Danny and Wendy guiding students step by step. They emphasize partner rotation, musicality, and social cohesion, helping students become confident social dancers.
Each 10-week course costs €90 per person, payable in advance. Registration requires a partner, but singles are welcome to attend the free trial to find a match. Classes are highly social, with opportunities to meet others and enjoy the community.
