Tulum Salsa Academy hosts a friendly salsa and bachata night at Salon Sombrero in downtown Tulum every Sunday.
The evening is set up to be welcoming for both beginners and experienced dancers, making it easy to join in even if you’re visiting.
The social runs from 8:00pm to 1:00am, and the music is a mix of both salsa and bachata, with a mix of cumbai and merengue.
The event is held at Salon Sombrero, a cantina-style bar inside the Straw Hat complex (near the ADO bus station area), known for signature cocktails, guacamole and tacos.
