La Negra Dance Festival 2026 is an international salsa and bachata congress and World Cup competition that brings together dancers, instructors and competitors from more than 35 countries.

The event features a full festival program including workshops for all levels, specialized training sessions, social dance parties and the prestigious World Salsa & Bachata Championship with brand new choreographies each year.

Held in the coastal town of Calpe on Spain’s Costa Blanca, the festival combines beachside scenery with rich dance culture, parties until dawn and a mix of amateur, professional and competition-level experiences.

Participants can enjoy multiple social rooms for salsa and bachata music styles, masterclasses, shows and special events designed to engage both dancers and spectators alike.
