About this event

Tropical Oporto Dance Congress returns to Porto from July 16 to 18, 2027, for a weekend of salsa and bachata workshops and social dancing.

Daytime classes focus on technique, musicality, and partner connection, giving dancers time to train before the evening parties begin.

Social dancing follows each day’s workshop program, allowing participants to practice what they have learned and dance with attendees from different communities.

The summer congress brings local Porto dancers together with visiting participants for a weekend centered on learning, social dancing, and connection.
