BachataSphere Festival 2026

About this event

Bachata Sphere Festival brings a weekend of bachata workshops and social dancing to Salle Colonne in Paris from August 28 through the early hours of August 31, 2026. The festival is designed around freedom of expression, encouraging dancers to explore different styles and roles rather than follow a single approach to bachata.

Workshops cover a range of bachata styles and influences, including Dominican, Moderna, Fusion, Bachazouk and street-inspired movement. The program also emphasizes musicality, connection and role flexibility, with dancers encouraged to lead, follow or rotate between roles.

The teaching lineup includes Felipe & Tiago, Jessica Latham, Evan & Eugenia, Ezo & Hugo, Anna Avocado, Mikita, Christine, Brice, Nico & Juliette, and Alex & Will. Social dancing continues into the night with music from DJ DIA, DJ MAK and DJ DADA.

The August edition intentionally limits attendance to create a smaller, more connected festival atmosphere. Workshops, interactive activities and late-night socials give dancers plenty of opportunities to learn, experiment and connect with the international bachata community.

The festival takes place at Salle Colonne, 94 Boulevard Auguste Blanqui, in central Paris.
