Salsa Cubana Mondays with F K Dance

Every Monday, F K Dance brings structured Cuban salsa (Casino) training to Haverstock School in Camden, with a clear pathway from first steps to confident social dancing.

The night runs as a two-hour block from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM, split into four levels across two time slots: at 7:30 PM, Beginners Salsa Level 1 (course only) and Intermediate Salsa Level 3; at 8:30 PM, Improvers Salsa Level 2 (course only) and Advanced Salsa Level 4. Level 1 and 2 are progressive monthly courses that start on the first Monday of every month, while Levels 3 and 4 can be joined as a monthly course or as walk-ins.

Classes focus on authentic Cuban technique, including timing and rhythm, leading and following, circular Casino fundamentals, partnerwork combinations, body movement, turns and balance, and rueda de casino for energetic group dancing. Styling and expression are also part of the journey, helping dancers build confidence and personality on the floor.

Entry is £15, and the venue is Haverstock School in NW3 2BQ.
