About this event
The Salsa Lab Cuban Salsa Tuesdays brings weekly Cuban Salsa and Rueda de Casino classes to Rhythmix Cultural Works in Alameda. Beginner class runs from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, followed by intermediate and advanced instruction from 8:15 PM to 9:15 PM.
The classes are led by Alvaro Batista and focus on Cuban salsa fundamentals, rueda patterns, connection, rhythm, and social dancing confidence. Dancers can join for a drop-in class or use a four-class pack.
No partner is required, and the Tuesday format gives East Bay dancers a regular Alameda option for Cuban-style salsa training.
